Owner Background

Chris graduated from the University of Arkansas with a business degree in finance and real estate, and then earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.  Having worked in the construction industry for over 20 years, he has expertise in utility, commercial, and residential construction.  He began his career as a project manager for a commercial developer and worked his way up to become the vice-president of a large utility contractor.  When he formed District Utility Construction, he combined his extensive construction experience with wife, Kelly’s, legal and business training.  They believe that what makes a business thrive is the passion that drives it.  Choosing to specialize in this niche construction field means that they are completely devoted to it.  They are fortunate to have an outstanding team of highly experienced operators who are committed to quality and safety working alongside them.
