Maumelle Subdivision

This 16-acre residential land development project for a private developer consisted of clearing trees, earth work of 60,000 cubic yards, installation of storm drainage and underground sewer, water and utility lines, and building roads with curbs and gutters. The site is now home to 42 residential lots.
